Fujian Province will implement “one product and one yard” retroactive management

The “Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Information Traceability in Fujian Province” will come into effect on March 1. The “Measures” make it clear that Fujian Province will implement “one product and one yard” food safety information retrospectively for 11 types of food. Among them, those who postpone the uploading of false information to food production and business operators will be imposed a fine of up to 20,000 yuan.

 

 

It is understood that these 11 types of food are: food and its products, livestock products and products, poultry products and products, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, soy products, dairy products, edible oil, salt, and food safety of the People’s Government of the province. The local special foods, other types of foods, and edible agricultural products approved by the committee.

 

 

The so-called “one product and one yard” means that the food and edible agricultural products of the same batch of batches are given a unique identification traceability code in accordance with the prescribed retrospective coding rules.

 

 

The “Measures” also stipulates that, if the retrospective food fails to be coded and sold in accordance with the regulations, the supervisory department may, in addition to ordering corrections, impose a fine of 5,000 yuan up to 10,000 yuan. For retroactively uploading false information to food production and business operators, in addition to ordering rectification, a fine of 5,000 yuan up to 20,000 yuan shall be imposed concurrently. If the sales ticket or electronic record card is not provided, the ticket (card) is inconsistent, or the ticket (card) account is inconsistent, it shall be ordered to make corrections and given a warning; refusal to correct
