Recently, the author learned from Heilongjiang Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension Station that in 2017, Heilongjiang Province will push forward the new mechanization of key aspects of rice cultivation, the deep fertilization of paddy rice in paddy field, the planted planting of paddy rice and the high-stubble paddy soil preparation in paddy field New progress has been made in the promotion of technology demonstration.
Paddy rice inserted deep fertilization technology is a cost-effective new technology. This technology increases the yield by 8% on average on the premise of 10% fertilizer saving compared with the conventional planting mode. In 2017, a total of 25 counties (cities and districts) in Heilongjiang Province concentrated their efforts on demonstrating and popularizing the technology of deep fertilization and mechanization of rice planting. The pilot demonstration and demonstration of 11 types of fertilizers and equipment with a total area of 36,000 mu were conducted.
Rice bowl planting planted mechanization technology is the use of special bowl dish and seeder for greenhouse nursery, and transplanting by potting placement machine transplanting technology, with provincial species, soil, grab the temperature, the advantage of increased production. In 2017, Heilongjiang Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension Station organized 23 field demonstration workshops on paddy cultivation and mechanization in eight demonstration counties successively. There are 37 sets of machinery for rice paddy planting and pendulum planting, covering an area of 18,400 mu, three times that of 2016. The measured output, rice bowl planting planted planting technology can achieve an average yield of 15.1%, while reducing production costs.
Rice stubble soil mixing technology is the realization of rice straw to the field, the key technology to protect arable land. In 2017, Heilongjiang Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension Station started demonstration projects of high-stubble paddy soil preparation mechanized technology in Founder, Wuchang and Qing’an counties (cities), providing various treatments for rice straw utilization and paddy land preparation in various places solution.
