The standard applies to the management of the discharge of pollutants from the discharge of pollutants from the phosphate, potassium, compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and microbial fertilizer industries in the fertilizer manufacturing industry. It covers all fertilizer manufacturing industries except nitrogen fertilizers.
