Recently, the Anhui Provincial Agriculture Commission issued the “Action Plan for Restricting the Use of Pesticides in Anhui Province” to regulate the use of pesticides. The plan clearly stated that within the range of townships (towns) and drinking water source protection areas where vegetables, fruit trees, tea, and herbal medicines were to be cultivated more than 50% of the cultivated land area, there were no business sites that restrict the use of pesticides; townships with a cultivated area less than 100,000 mu. (town) Set 1 point, townships with more than 100,000 acres of arable land can have 2 points, and townships with more than 200,000 mus can add 1 point as needed.

With clear planning, the establishment of business outlets must meet relevant requirements in accordance with relevant regulations. All localities must strengthen supervision and management, ensure that pesticides are used in accordance with laws and regulations, use pesticides, and severely investigate and use Internet operations to restrict the use of pesticides.
