The recent meeting of the Ukrainian government decided that the registration of pesticides and agricultural chemicals requires an ecological assessment. The resolution pointed out that environmental assessment is a necessary condition for national registration of pesticides and agricultural chemicals. The Natural Resources Department organizes assessments based on the materials submitted by the applicant. In order to prepare environmental assessment proposals and proposals, a working group was established specifically for the members of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.<\/p>\n
The period of assessment may not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the registration document. If necessary, the time can be extended to 45 days. In the nitrogen fertilizer environmental assessment test, if the chemical substance contained in nitrogen fertilizer has already been registered in other reagents and is in the same crop group, the assessment period must not exceed 15 days from the date of receipt of the document, and if necessary, it can be extended to 25 days.<\/p>\n
The results of the environmental assessment were approved by the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources. EIA results can be appealed in court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
