Any grace period granted by member states shall expire by 12 months at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>Desmedipham is a herbicide used in the post-emergence stage of beets (sugar and fodder), to control broad-leaved weeds.<\/p>\n<p>This Regulation does not prevent the submission of a further application for the approval of desmedipham pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1107\/2009.<\/p>\n<p>The final date for comments is April 27, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Source: EUR-Lex<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Commission has proposed that the approval of the active substance desmedipham will not be renewed.
