             He said that in 2018, it will continue to expand the Pilot Area for Operation of Substituting Organic Fertilizers for Organic Vegetables in Fruits and Vegetables, and then select 100 fruits and vegetables to produce large-scale pilot projects in large cities and counties to promote the entire system. At the same time, 150 counties were selected to carry out the pilot project of green prevention and control of pests and diseases of fruit and vegetable green tea, and the coverage rate of green pests and diseases of major crops was increased by 2% every year.

             The Ministry of Agriculture will also support such new services, social service organizations and state-owned farms as service providers for the management of chemical fertilizers and pests, and prevent and control pests, and further strengthen the prevention and control of animal epidemics and purifications through efforts such as government procurement of services, with a view to promoting Animal use of antimicrobial dose reduction, effective protection of aquaculture and animal product safety, public health and safety.

             In order to vigorously promote the effectiveness of chemical fertilizer reduction and pesticide reduction and control, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the “Action Plan for Zero Growth of Fertilizer Use by 2020” and the “Action Plan for Zero Growth of Pesticide Use by 2020” issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2015, Fertilizer use of crops, pesticide use to achieve zero growth.
